This drawing presented a challenge: make a highly stylized animated character look a little more realistic. I wanted Ahsoka to look  more like the Leia and Padmé drawings and less like she does in the Clone Wars serials, but it’s not like I could base her likeness on a human actress. What to do?! It took some thought but I came up with what I thought the tough little Togruta would look like if she was to be played by an actress and in all honesty I think she’s a total looker! This drawing was a lot of fun and I’m looking forward to getting the prints done. I just need to make the legend to go along with this print and off to the printers they go. I’ll keep you posted! –S.
